Running for Dunwoody
City Council District 1

I’m running for Dunwoody City Council to ensure the City of Dunwoody serves the great citizens which make our community so special. As an experienced former City Council Member and a financial services executive, it is time to bring back a CPA to Dunwoody City Council. Nearly two years into the pandemic and the negative impact on city finances, my financial and business expertise is again needed on Dunwoody City Council to rebuild a solid financial foundation for today and the future.

About Terry

Terry is a CPA and a financial services executive who brought his business and financial skills to Dunwoody City Council during two earlier terms. He lives adjacent to Dunwoody Village in the heart of District 1. He is a Founding Donor, Board Member, and President of Dunwoody Police Foundation, an active member of the Dunwoody Homeowners Association Board, and an active Scout leader.

Terry and his family are long-time members of Saint Luke’s Presbyterian Church, and he’s a Presbyterian Elder and Deacon. Residents of Dunwoody since 1998, Terry and Donna’s children attended Dunwoody schools, including Austin Elementary, Peachtree Charter Middle, and Dunwoody High School.

Promises Made, Promises Kept

During my many years serving the citizens of Dunwoody, I’m proud to have led many great teams that spearheaded many great things for the city. I am a true believer in keeping the promises made during an election and during a term in leadership.

My track record speaks for itself. I’m proud to have been a part of some truly great accomplishments for the City of Dunwoody. Past promises that were kept include a focus on:

Pedestrian Safety | Dunwoody Schools | Taxes | Police | Parks | Growth
